Sugar substitutes have been said to have a lower effect on blood sugar compared to regular sugar. There is a need to see how these substitutes compare to each other. This study will test how sugar substitutes cause changes in blood sugar. Up to one hundred (100) individuals greater than 18 years old will be recruited for this study. Each individual will eat four (4) sugar samples and provide blood to test sugar levels. This study will be used for teaching purposes.
